In oilfield service group "TNG Group" the project on setting and automation of budget management and management accounting based on the software product "Intalev started: Corporate management".
Automation of a management system for finance and increase in business performance became a project objective. Specialists of the Volga office Intalev Group were engaged in implementation.
Specialists of the customer called a variety of reasons which resulted in need of the project of automation. Among them there are a lack of the well-defined formalized planning rules, lack of the standardized rules of collecting of planned and actual information, lack of accurately formalized responsibility for accomplishment of budgets, lack of the unified system of the management reporting, lack of operational information with necessary extent of detailing of costs, lack of the unified information system.
Within the project uniform standards of methodology of budget management and management accounting on all types of activity should be developed and formalized; the systems of the management reporting are developed; the procedures connected with planning and operational management accounting are optimized.
The information system finished under specific requirements of the customer is going to be implemented at 22 enterprises which are a part of group.
