"E.ON Russia" completed audit of security systems

On July 7, 2014 the Softline company announced completion of audit of security systems of E.ON Russia company and obtaining the certificate of ISO 19770 by the last.

Project Tasks

In 2013 specialists of Softline booked audit of program assets of E.ON Russia and implemented the automated control system for the software. Now the company completely conforms to requirements of the international standard ISO/IEC 19770-1: 2006 (Tier 2). Project implementation of SAM is confirmation of readiness of E.ON Russia for passing of annual inspection control on compliance of ISO 19770-1.

Project Results

"Obtaining this certificate by our company confirms that the resources directed to increase in process performance of management of program assets were spent with advantage, - Kirill Alifanov, the chief process officer and to information technologies of E.ON Russia company noted. - Management of the medium-sized and large companies even more often has questions on effective management of the software. Functional customers begin to understand that consolidation and providing a uniform point of control of software reduce finance costs. Today most the companies already realized importance and need of establishing order in the field of software management".
Vladimir Razuvaev, the Head of Department of business consulting of Softline, emphasized: "For all domestic IT industry this event can be considered sign is the country's first certificate on compliance to requirements of the international standard for management of program assets. I will especially note that E.ON Russia — one of the few companies which extremely carefully approached implementation of processes of SAM. I would call their approach jealous and ambitious. And it, certainly, affected quality of the implemented processes".
