"The Samara reservoir plant" upgrades the system of design

On July 21, 2014 the IT-Consult group announced end of the second stage of the project of automation of preparation of production at "The Samara reservoir plant".

Project Tasks

Automation level, speed and quality of solving of tasks of design-technology preparation of production directly affect results of activity of the enterprise. For reduction of terms of development and quality improvement of design-technology documentation, a possibility of control of process of technical training of production in real time, at the JSC Samara Reservoir Plant enterprise made the decision on implementation of a complex of programs on the basis of the software of ASCON company.

Earlier at the enterprise updated an automated design engineering system of KOMPAS to the current version and conducted a professional development course for specialists of engineering divisions.

Project Progress

For July 21, 2014 the second stage of automation of engineering services was completed – specialists of IT-Consult company together with the leading employees of the enterprise developed technical specifications on system implementation of management of engineering data.

The technical specifications comprise the detailed description of the solution which will allow to accelerate and automate work of all engineering divisions of the enterprise. System implementation of management of engineering data will allow to conduct structure of a product, to control all development stages of the project, to automate work of specialists of project, design and technology department and also to carry out product cost accounting. Integration with the ERP system of the enterprise will allow to close a uniform circuit of information space.
