"Domestic tyranny" automates management accounting

The Domostroy group jointly with specialists 1C-Rarus completed a stage of preparation for the project of automation of management accounting and budgeting, managements of cash flows and document flow.

Project Progress

Optimal programs in the company are recognized "1C: Corporate Finance Management" and "by 1C: Dokumentooboot".

Project implementation will allow the company to pass completely to use in work of products on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform.

For July 21, 2014 business process automation - an integral part of development of Domostroy company and its competitive advantage. In the closest plans of the company – process automation in three main directions:

• realtor activity,
• investment into construction of facilities of the real estate in Moscow and MO,
• project management.

Selecting 1C-Rarus in partners in automation, Domostroy Group pursued the aim - to provide stable and high-quality support of business using IT on all sections of work where it is required. Therefore the project began with inspection of business processes of the company:

• description of mechanisms of work,
• problem definition is also more whole than automation,
• the choice of an optimal product for creation of an information system,

delimitation and project stages.

Automation will affect processes of rendering agency services selling new buildings and advertizing activity, a design of the real estate in property and a company performance in the market of the secondary real estate. The activity connected with investment into new buildings will be optimized. Automation of budgeting will help with formation of ready and auxiliary budgets, the monthly management reporting.

It is going to automate 25 jobs.
