Advantum expanded functionality of a system of operational monitoring of transport for X5 Retail Group

2020: Control of parameters of the vehicle

On April 23, 2020 the Advantum company announced expansion of functionality of a system of operational monitoring for X5 Retail Group at the expense of the module of control of parameters of the vehicle. Development and deployment of this module helped to automate acceptance of transport after run accomplishment, to exercise control of parameters of the vehicle online and to implement multilevel control of fuel consumption.

Operation of the module regarding acceptance of transport is directed to automation of work of the mechanic and also automation of control of technical condition of the machine and set on is mute the equipment. In a system automatic fixation of the current operation parameters of the vehicle and transfer of these data in the SAP ERP system of network for closing of the waybill is performed. In the interface of the module the possibility of manual correcting of some parameters is implemented. Now such works as carrying out visual inspection of the vehicle, serviceability check of temperature sensors and sensors of opening of a door and also accounting of the malfunctions revealed at survey and notes of the driver are automated.

The functionality of the module acts as the tool online of control of a critical deviation of parameters of the vehicle and consolidation of diagnostic messages about operability of vehicles and refrigerating units. Online control is exercised for:

• Temperature of cooling liquid of the engine of the vehicle and refrigeration unit.
• Pressure of oil of the engine of the vehicle.
• Engine speed of the vehicle and refrigeration unit.
• Supply voltage of the vehicle and refrigeration unit.
• Online acceptance of diagnostic messages about operability of the vehicle and refrigeration unit.

For fall forward of response to critical deviations in a system mailing of automatic notifications to responsible persons by e-mail is implemented.

Multilevel control of fuel consumption is exercised due to three-stage control. Initially data are fixed according to fuel level sensors: a system registers gas stations and drainings of fuel. Further the module in the automatic mode performs reconciliation of data with data from fuel companies and carries out fuel expense analysis. Also in a system data on checks with gas station which were provided by drivers, with indications of fuel sensors and data on registers of transactions on fuel cards are compared. On the basis of these data the report which allows to control fuel consumption effectively is under construction.

The module of control of parameters of the vehicle increases transparency of fuel and other indicators of work of the vehicle. Important result of implementation of the module is increase in availability information on vehicles and also automation of data transmission in SAP ERP for closing of waybills.

2014: Application of the telematic platform of Advantum for control of vehicles

On July 22, 2014 the Advantum company announced use of X5 Retail Group of the telematic platform of Advantum company for management and control of the vehicles performing the goods delivery in shops of network.

Project Progress

Since June, 2013 X5 Retail Group uses developed by the company Advantum telematic platform for obtaining the actual information on work of the vehicles equipped with exchange service stations GLONASS/GPS.
