AMTS - the telematic server.
The AMTS multilegal server is the platform aggregator of telematic data from any device. A system is created for acceptance, processing and data storage from GLONASS and the GPS equipment, from other telematic servers (platforms) of any producer.

A system implements:
- Data collection in the multithreaded mode from telematic platforms (servers) of different producers or, directly, from the GLONASS/GPS terminals having the open protocol.
- Preprocessing and storage of collected data unlimited time.
- Relaying in the multithreaded mode of telematic data (including service of data transmission under the protocol from the Order of Ministry of Transport No. 285, to the protocol of Olympstroy and others).
- Personal space and personal account.
- All standard services of monitoring and management of moving objects and mekhanizama.
The platform meets requirements of the Order of Ministry of Transport No. 285, requirements to RNIS, RNITs, provides data transmission in ATsKN (Rostransnadzor). The platform has a connectivity directly of the GLONASS terminals of different producers and also provides data exchange with other telematic servers of any producers.
