Globus-Telecom provided technical support of FERMO in Rosmolodezh

March 12, 2015. The Globus-Telecom company reported^[1] about completion of ensuring technical support and service maintenance of information complex of the Federal electronic register of youth and children's public associations (FERMO) in Rosmolodezh.

Project Tasks

According to the contract, the operator will bring into accord with requirements of new procedures of interdepartmental interaction web services and functional parts of the FERMO information and analytical complex. Within the contract structuring and systematization of original accounting informatin of the database of the customer are planned.

It is necessary to provide testing and commissioning of the upgraded processes of information exchange through the single system of interdepartmental electronic interaction (SIEI). Specialists of the company update data of information bases of the customer, will start in work a subsystem of interaction of FERMO with the uniform portal of public services regarding reception of applications and documents from representatives of youth and children's public organizations.

The upgraded FERMO information complex will be integrated with IT infrastructure of Rosmolodezh. It will help to organize work with federal executive authorities through the system of interdepartmental electronic interaction and the uniform portal of public services.

Result

The company created uniform interdepartmental space for the state customer, automated functions of maintaining the federal register and provided electronic information exchange of Rosmolodezh with other public authorities through the System of electronic interaction and the Uniform portal of public services.

The project was performed using implementation of complex IT solution. The solution is presented by three technology systems: "Electronic filing", "Service integration bus", "Analysis system and reportings".

Using Electronic filing information resources of Rosmolodezh regarding work with the Federal electronic register are integrated, the volume of manual transactions is reduced, multilevel accounting of information is provided.

"The service integration bus" allowed to establish information exchange of electronic filing with other information systems of the agency.

"Analysis system and reportings" – the effective electronic instrument of reporting about the youth and children's public organizations enjoying the state support. In this system preparation and procedural distribution of necessary information between heads and the staff of Rosmolodezh is conducted.
