Biography

Born on January 27, 1955 in the Dzharnurgan district of the Surkhandarya region of the Uzbek SSR. He studied at a school in Dushanbe, graduated from 10 classes.

In 1972 he began his studies at the Military Academy named after F.E. Dzerzhinsky (since 1997 - the Military Academy of the Strategic Missile Forces named after Peter the Great). He studied well, was a member of the cadet national basketball team of the VVUZ. In 1977 he graduated with honors from this academy with a degree in Radio Electronics Engineer.

After graduating from the academy, he served in the Siberian Military District.

In 1984 he graduated from the command department of the VA named after F.E. Dzerzhinsky, then served in one of the units in the Moscow Military District.

In 1999 he graduated from the Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

1987: 12th Directorate General

In 1987, he began serving in the central office of the 12th Main Directorate.
