On August 19, 2014 it became known of the project of import of data from «Omega Production» in 1C:PDM for joint stock company "NPP Respirator. The project was implemented by the company Appius.
Project Progress
The specialized packet of procedures of import of design-technology data on products from "Omega Production" in 1C:PDM is developed for data transmission. For August 19, 2014 this packet is tested and accepted by JSC NPP Respirator in operation.
Project Results
The module of import of data is developed for information transfer about structure of a product and manufacturing techniques in a management system for engineering data 1C:PDM and further, in a production planning circuit, the ERP system.
The module provides accomplishment of functions:
- the choice of an initial XML file both from local, and from a network resource with preserving of a final journey;
- print preview of the imported data in structure 1C:PDM;
- possibility of repeated (repeated) import of the convertible file in 1C:PDM;
- formation of the protocol of import with the list of the imported design elements and their structure.
The module helps to receive, according to certain settings, in a 1C system: PDM electronic structures of products, technology processes of production with all parameters and regulations.
Setup of import can be performed according to certain requirements and requirements of the enterprise, depending on completeness of the data which are stored in "Omega Production".
Boris Zakharov, CIO of joint stock company "NPP Respirator: "Our enterprise constantly develops, products are improved. We need an end-to-end information system, from design-technology preparation of production before operational accounting and production management. The interaction module 1C also Omega Production allows us to use already saved up design and technology data for transfer in 1C".
