2020: Equipment of vehicles Omnicomm LLS 5 fuel level sensors
Lagrange Group accelerated delivery to 25% due to digitalization of vehicle fleet. On July 15, 2020 the Omnicomm company reported about it.
Objects of clients are located in Central, Northwest and Southern federal districts. On average, drivers of Lagrange Group make more than 530 runs a day, the daily run reaches 900 km on each truck. Vehicle fleet for July, 2020 includes more than 100 pieces of equipment – tractors Scania, DAF KAMAZ, semi-trailers Grünwald, Wielton, etc.
Initially, the company was faced by a task to control routes, delivery dates of nonmetallic materials and also to start correct accounting of fuel.
Since 2020 the carrier creates own department of monitoring of transport in connection with start of the direction of trunk transportations with attraction of refrigerating units and considerable expansion of vehicle fleet. Omnikomm Stolitsa provides training of managers and managers. Since 2020 the company begins equipment of vehicles with fuel level sensors of the last generation of OMNICOMM LLS 5.
At construction of large objects delivery of nonmetallic materials is painted literally on hours. We bear responsibility to customers for timely delivery of tens of thousands of tons of crushed stone and sand in time and in the necessary volume. Therefore monitoring of transport is already urgent need for any large transport company. More than two years we cooperate with Omnikomm Stolitsa integrator which offered full service maintenance and started correct accounting of fuel, – Denis Maximov, the CEO of Lagrange Group comments. |
Based on the Omnicomm Online platform partners also solve a current problem for the industry – pressure monitoring in buses of tractors and trailers. Vehicle fleet works in cross-country conditions therefore often faces damages of buses (cuts, explosions). The problem of the overheating of buses connected with pressure loss is especially relevant. In 2019 Lagrange Group was forced to replace about 30% of the total number of buses in vehicle fleet. On average, the cost of one bus is 40,000 rubles, and the idle time of the tractor or trailer connected with replacement of a tire reaches 3 hours.
We proposed to the client the solution for temperature monitoring and pressure in buses which is integrated with the platform of monitoring of Omnicomm Online transport. Such approach allows how to reduce fuel consumption, purchase costs and tinning of buses, and to reduce cost value of one engine hour, – Sergey Shvyryaev, the CEO Omnikomm Stolitsa comments. |
As a result of integration of such solution Lagrage Group received the tool for control of technical readiness of vehicle fleet and safety of personnel, technicians and loads.
2018
In 2018 Lagrange Group began cooperation with Omnikomm Stolitsa and started retrofitting of vehicle fleet using fuel level sensors therefore fuel consumption managed to be cut down for 4%.
2016
In 2016 the company connected vehicle fleet to a monitoring system transport Omnicomm Online and equipped the equipment with terminals Omnicomm Optim and DUT LLS- AF20310. At this stage Lagrange Group reduced fuel consumption by 8%, accelerated delivery to 25% due to optimization of routes and control of the movement of vehicles.
