The administration of the Stupino municipal district implements the portal of municipal services

On September 16, 2014 IVK company announced creation of the portal of municipal services in the Stupino municipal district of the Moscow region.

Project Progress

At the heart of the project industry solution "IVK Portal. Electronic municipality", EDMS "IVK Bureaucrat" and class middleware software "IVK Jupiter".

Within the project regulations of providing municipal services are analyzed and improved, technical specifications on services in electronic form are developed, the register of municipal services is developed, the personal account of the citizen and 41 municipal services are developed and implemented. Now the most demanded among citizens is the service "An Internet reception".

Project Results

Implementation of portal technologies promoted improvement of conditions of receiving municipal services in electronic form to the population and economic entities. At the expense of a high integration scale of the portal with the back-end systems, from the receiver the minimum participation in process of providing the necessary service is required, the speed of passing of documents on instances increased.

As a result of use in the project of industry solution "IVK Portal. Electronic municipality", EDMS "IVK Bureaucrat" and general-system software "IVK Jupiter", the customer received the ready protected infrastructure of exchange, storage and information display for providing the public and municipal services in electronic form to the population.
