Project Tasks
Earlier in Drive Equipment Industrial Group the management system on the 1C: Enterprise 7.7 platform to which completions were as required entered was used. But at a certain stage of business development, the IT system ceased to cope with loadings, having become a bottleneck in production process of the company.
To the enterprise the functional, productive solution for consolidation in a single system of processes of management of purchases, production, sales in the center and in branches was required.
Management of holding, production and work of a branch network were going to be transferred to the modern platform. Cooperation with a command 1C-Rarus during which the innovation system "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0" will be implemented is for this purpose set up. It not only will allow to transfer all current processes to new information space, but also will give opportunities for further business development. In transition time of the company on the selected system the continuousness of work of the automated divisions will be provided.
Jobs will be created for the staff of production departments, management of development of sales, department of logistics, accounting, service of regional development. A system will include branches in St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Irkutsk, Rostov-on-Don, Ryazan, Stary Oskol.
Within the project it is going to integrate "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0" with the 1C:CRM system which is already used in the company. The single modern platform will allow to implement structural changes in business, to integrate management of all production and sales processes in uniform space, to obtain the most exact and operational information both from divisions of holding, and from all branches PG "Drive Equipment".
Project Progress
On August 3, 2016 the company 1C-Rarus announced completion of implementation in PG "Drive Equipment" ERP "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0".
During the project 100 jobs are automated, production management, is organized by purchases, stocks, sales, finance, the normative reference information. Management accounting of costs is adjusted, integration into the 1C:CRM system is provided. All branches and the central office of Drive Equipment industrial group work in a single system now, the staff of the company can carry out assigned tasks regardless of time zones and time difference.
Processes of management of production, purchases and sales, all transactions are synchronized the staff of the company can execute regardless of the time zone and time difference. The possibility of cost control on any of stages, from purchase of component parts, production, before implementation of a finished product is implemented.
Project Results
Transition to ERP helped to integrate work of the central office and divisions in regions, to get rid of costs at production phases and internal logistics, to increase efficiency and controllability of the company.
As a result of implementation "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0" a number of organizational conversions, changes of business processes which increased efficiency and controllability of the company is executed.
Automation of a complex of business processes in a new system allowed us to bring company management to new level. We began to collect and process many times quicker information, became more flexible at production management, stocks and sales. All reports which I receive for enterprise management today contain up-to-date, exact and detailed information. Thus, implementation "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0" for Drive Equipment group is the correct and timely solution which brings visible return of the company already now, and in the near future will allow to get additional competitive advantages and opportunities for further development. |
