Vitaly Vladimirovich Snesar was born on May 19, 1969 in the city of Rubtsovsk, Altai Territory.

Education

In 1994 he graduated from the History Department of Altai State University with a degree in history and social studies, in 2009 - from the Faculty of State and Municipal Administration.

Career

• He began his career in August 1986 as a turner at the Rubtsovsky Machine-Building Plant.

• From May 1987 to June 1989 he served in the border troops.

• After graduating from the Faculty of History, ASU served in officer positions in the FSB of Russia in the Altai Territory from 1995 to 2006.

• Since April 2006, he worked in the Regional Administration, first as a consultant-adviser to the head of the Regional Administration, the department of consultants-advisers of the analytical department, then a consultant-adviser to the secretariat of the head of the Regional Administration.

• Since July 14, 2008 he was appointed head of the secretariat of the Governor of the Altai Territory.

• Since June 2013 - Deputy Governor of the Altai Territory.
