Government of the Altai Territory

Khakassia has been working in a single electronic document management system for more than a year: at the end of 2009, all ministries of the republic were merged into one document management base with the Government apparatus. In October 2009, it was announced the transition to completely paperless work with draft documents: the technology of end-to-end electronic sighting and coordination of draft documents within the Government was launched. Thus, this region was the first where the transition to paperless document management was carried out. The region did not stop there: at the end of 2009, additional jobs of the EDMS "DELO" of the EOS company were purchased - this decision is the basis for the implementation of the project in the Republic of Khakassia. The partner of the State Committee for Informatization and New Technologies of the Republic of Khakassia, leading this project, is the company "Corporate Systems - Consulting," the Golden EOS dealer operating in Western and Eastern Siberia.
