History

2024: The ex-deputy head of the Ministry of Health of the Altai Territory confiscated property worth 23 million rubles

On July 10, 2024, the trial in the case of the former Deputy Minister of Health of the Altai Territory Sergei Nasonov ended, as a result of which his property in the amount of 23 million rubles was confiscated in favor of the state. In September 2022, the third department for the investigation of especially important cases of the Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Altai Territory opened a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under Part 4 of Art. 159.5 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (fraud in the sphere of insurance, that is, theft of someone else's property by deception regarding the occurrence of an insured event, as well as the amount of insurance compensation payable in accordance with the law or an agreement to the insured or other person committed by an organized criminal group). 2021: The ex-head of the Ministry of Health of the Altai Territory got off with a suspended sentence for providing medicine to her friend

On August 17, 2021, the Zheleznodorozhny District Court of Barnaul Irina Dolgova in the case of abuse of office (two episodes of part 2 of article 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). She was assigned three years of suspended imprisonment with deprivation of the right to hold positions related to the implementation of organizational, administrative and administrative functions in state bodies for three years.
