Zryumov Evgeny Aleksandrovich

Biography

In 2003, Evgeny Zryumov graduated from the Altai State Technical University named after I.I. Polzunov (AltSTU) in the specialties "Information and Measuring Equipment" and "Economics and Management at a Mechanical Engineering Enterprise."

He defended his thesis - "Optical method of monitoring linear micro-movements using a color video camera in nonius conjugation of rasters" with a degree in "Instruments and methods of monitoring the natural environment, substances, materials and products."

Since 2004, Evgeny Zryumov worked at the Altai State Technical University. He taught the disciplines "Data Base" and "Economic Analysis and Accounting." He has a doctorate in technical sciences.

He served as Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology, as well as Vice-Rector for Strategic Development and International Activities of AltSTU.

He was the chairman of the Public Council for the Department of Communications and Mass Media of the Altai Territory.

Appointment as Minister of Digital Development of the Altai Territory

On November 30, 2018, Yevgeny Zryumov was appointed to the state post of Minister of Digital Development and Communications of the Altai Territory.

As expected, the Ministry of Digital Development of the Altai Territory will be formed as a result of the reorganization of the regional department of communications and mass communications.

76th place in the ranking of regional IT officials in terms of income

For the period from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021, the family income of the Minister of Digital Development and Communications of the Altai Territory Yevgeny Zryumov amounted to 4.6 million rubles.
