2023: Digital transformation of the Altai Territory - results of the year
In early May 2023, the Minister of Digital Development and Communications of the Altai Territory Yevgeny Zryumov spoke about the implementation of ICT projects in the region in 2022. In particular, he noted that in 2022 the level of "digital maturity" of key sectors of the regional economy, social sphere and public administration amounted to 62.6% with a planned value of 55.2%.
At the end of 2022, 7134 jobs were created in the unified electronic document management system of the Altai Territory, their share in the executive authorities of the Altai Territory is 93%.
In 2022, work was carried out on the implementation of the Gosweb project in the Altai Territory. In 2022, local governments of the Altai Territory and educational organizations of the Altai Territory, on the basis of the federal state information system "Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services (Functions)," organized work on the deployment of official sites using a template designer, transferred content from current sites and linked existing domain names to official sites.
The Ministry of Digital Engineering of the Altai Territory in 2022 carried out a centralized purchase of software and hardware, server and switching equipment, office equipment, antivirus protection tools and means of cryptographic protection of communication channels in the interests of state authorities of the Altai Territory.
According to Zryumov, the innovation in 2022 was the creation of project offices for the authorities of the Altai Territory to switch to domestic software. Such offices include the head of the digital transformation of the authority and technical specialists. This made it possible by the end of the year to transfer 33% of civil servants' jobs to domestic operating systems, and domestic office packages are used for 42% of jobs.[1]
