Airports of Regions created uniform electronic archive

On October 2, 2014 the Airports of Regions holding announced completion of creation of uniform electronic archive of the construction and project documentation. Transition to a new system is implemented with participation of specialists of the center of information technologies of Koltsovo Airport and Atlas Soft company.

Project Tasks

Need of implementing solution for Airports of Regions is proved by the growing volumes of construction and project works. The holding conducts development of infrastructure of the operating Koltsovo Airport in Yekaterinburg, construction of new terminals from scratch in Samara and Nizhny Novgorod, design of airport complexes for a number of the cities of Russia. The idea creation of uniform electronic archive meets the uniform requirements of holding to high quality of construction works and the modern organization of space of the airports in all implemented projects.

Project Progress

A new system is implemented on the basis of electronic archive Etla and within uniform archive of documents helps to create different sectors of access to documents, both for users, and for user groups, solving a problem of the centralized data storage of all construction objects.

For implementation the staff of the center of information technologies of Koltsovo Airport worked out structures of electronic archive of documents, created reference books and rules of automatic numbering and automatic placement of documents at registration and also user groups with access rights to different places of archive. Setup of a system was carried out by specialists of Atlas Soft.

For October 2, 2014 a system is put into operation.

As a result of system implementation in Airports of Regions holding the centralized electronic archive of the construction and project documentation for all participants of development of the airports of holding with the accessibility to this archive from any place in the world is created at any time.
