Polyus, Ltd (Utilex of DPC of NOTA: Modular DPC)

In 2013 the Polyus Gold mining company created the distributed data processing center on the Natalkinsky field in the Magadan region.

Within the project engineering infrastructure of two modular data processing centers of NOTA of production of Utilex company which in the future will become a basis for creation of the failsafe distributed DPC was created. All subsystems of each of complexes were delivered in a standard ISO container then are mounted and started on site. The technology of construction of pre-fabricated DPCs of NOTA developed by Utilex company allowed to build both buildings without use of cranes and other lifting gears on the aligned platform without the base.

Infrastructure of modular data processing centers is created on APC by Schneider Electric technologies (the system of placement of the equipment, uninterrupted power supply of InfraStruXure (ISX), monitoring of the environment of a microclimate of the premises), the solutions Clever Breeze of production of Utilex company (the system of precision conditioning, remote monitoring and management). The system of warranty power supply of mobile DPCs is executed on the basis of OLYMPIAN diesel generator sets. All engineering infrastructure of both World Data Centres is constructed with the level of reservation N+1. The equipment of infrastructure of data processing centers (the UPS, power distribution panels, climate control, etc.) was connected in a single system of management and monitoring.

In a project deliverable in a short time the failsafe basis of IT infrastructure of the distributed DPC providing all current demands of the Natalkinsky field and giving an opportunity of further flexible scaling without stopping of the existing computing and switching equipment was created.
