2025: Lease of 1.3 thousand sq.m. of offices by a Chinese logistics digitalization company

A large Chinese IT company specializing in the digitalization of logistics operations has signed a lease agreement for 1,315 square meters of office space in the Comcity business park in New Moscow, moving its head office from the Moscow City business center. The deal was overseen by the consulting company NF Group, which acted as a consultant to the tenant in the search and selection of a new location for the placement of the Russian division. This became known in August 2025.

The international corporation, whose name has not been disclosed, decided to relocate from the Moscow International Business Center in favor of a modern business park, focusing on the quality of the working environment and increasing comfort for employees. The move reflects the general trend of reorientation of large companies from central office locations to projects with developed infrastructure and a high level of service.

Chinese logistics digitalization company leases 1.3 thousand square meters of offices in New Moscow

The new office space is equipped with high-quality finishes and advanced engineering systems. The facilities are integrated into a comprehensive business park ecosystem that includes restaurants, conference rooms, recreation areas, park space and other corporate tenant services.

Commercial Director of Comcity Alena Kudryavtseva emphasized the change in the approaches of companies to choosing office locations. According to her, organizations evaluate the office not only as a workplace, but also as a tool for attracting and retaining talent. A humanocentric approach to organizing space becomes a key factor in choosing a location.

Elena Akatova, director of work with landlords of office real estate at NF Group, noted the high requirements of international corporations for the quality of the office environment. In her opinion, such companies traditionally present strict criteria for engineering systems and infrastructure of leased space.[1]

2017: Tele2 to host Comcity headquarters

Tele2 and PPF Real Estate Russia, a developer and management company of the Comcity class A office park, announced the signing of a long-term lease agreement by the operator of more than 13 thousand square meters. The consultant for the lease was JLL.

In addition to offices, Comcity houses two dining rooms, 10 restaurants and cafes, a fitness center, a supermarket and stores that provide various services and goods.

Tele2 will be headquartered in the Comcity office park. The operator consolidates the central and Moscow offices in one space. The company's move is scheduled for the first half of 2018. You can read more about this here.

2016: Rostelecom completes move to Comcity

On March 14, 2016, it became known that the divisions of PJSC Rostelecom completed the move to the Comcity class A office park in New Moscow. Employees of the Macro-Regional Center Branch and a number of subsidiaries of the company are housed in new spacious office buildings built using the most modern and innovative technologies. The general contractor for the interior decoration of the Rostelecom office was RD Construction.

Thus, the phase of relocation of all the largest tenants of the Alpha Phase of the Comcity office park was completed.

Unique for the Russian market, the concept of "city in the city" offers its tenants not only high-class office space and spacious parking, but also a large shopping gallery that provides everything for comfortable work and pastime in this "city." New restaurants, cafes and shops continue to open on the territory of the Comcity office park. Recently, a chain of corporate food restaurants "CAFETERA," cafe "Starhit," "Pasta Delhi," "Louis Charden" and supermarket "Pyaterochka" have opened their doors for visitors. The total leased area of ​ ​ these new tenants of the Comcity shopping gallery exceeded 2.1 thousand square meters.

2015: 10,335 MW - office "Asteros"

The Asteros group of companies became the 4th tenant of the office park along with OJSC Rostelecom, Group of company Systematica Systematica and Oracle. The lease agreement was concluded in early 2015 and is designed for 15 years. The move of Asteros to the Comcity office center, managed by PPF Real Estate Russia, was implemented within one month. Today, all divisions and subsidiaries of Asteros, previously located in different parts of Moscow, are located here.

"Asteros" occupies the A5 hull on the territory of Comcity. The open office concept implemented by the company allows you to use the space as efficiently as possible both for work and for communication with partners and colleagues. The new "house" is designed with the participation of leading Asteros specialists and meets the high requirements for engineering systems, IT and telecommunications infrastructure. Thus, the integrator designed and implemented uninterrupted power supply, cold supply, security television, security alarm, fire extinguishing, SPDS, MCDS, SCS, etc. The productivity of the corporate network in the new office has been increased by 10 times, high-speed Internet access has been provided, and a high-density Wi-Fi network has been deployed. In total, about 1000 automated workplaces have been prepared, including mobile ones. In the near future, Asteros will complete the construction of its own machine room, equipped with all the necessary engineering and IT infrastructure, as well as security systems.

2014

First Stage Delivery (Alpha Phase)

In September 2014, the first phase (Alpha phase) of the office park was commissioned. The delivery of the second stage (Bravo phase) is scheduled for 2016.

Tenants: Rostelecom, Systematics and Oracle

In November 2014, Oracle Corporation and PPF Real Estate Russia, the developer and management company of the A-class office park Comcity, entered into a lease agreement for office space. In accordance with it, Oracle Corporation leases 6,370 sq. m offices at Comcity. The deal was advised by JLL and CBRE.

Earlier, the decision to move to the Comcity office park was made byRostelecom (60,000 sq. M.) and Systematics Group (17,400 sq. M.). The companies plan to begin moving after finishing work in early 2015.
