EKKO Grew (ECCO Sko) (Mobile application of ECCO)

The retail network of the Danish shoe ECCO brand released mobile application for buyers.

Mobile application is released for smartphones and tablets from Apple (the platform iPhone and iPad). Now the application is available to downloading in AppStore shop. In it the description of collections, information on existence of goods in shops, responses about goods, news and other useful information for buyers of ECCO is implemented. Also as well as on the website of ECCO, in mobile application there is up-to-date information on the carried-out actions and discounts. Besides, mobile application from ECCO allows using built in tablets and smartphones GPS- navigators it is easy to obtain information on the nearest shops, including existence in them of goods, the addresses and contact information. Regular customers of ECCO will be able to control balance of own cards of loyalty from the gadgets.

Mobile application from ECCO is distinguished by graceful design, simplicity of navigation and search, functionality. In the near future ECCO will release mobile application for owners of the smartphones and tablets working at the Android platform.

As the project manager explained, CIO ECCO in Russia Sergey Prokhorov, "When developing mobile application it was important to us to implement the strategy of omnichannel, at the same time our buyers on the website and users of mobile application will possess identical information, having the general system of identification. Besides, the buyer, having come to our shop, can independently using the camera of the smartphone or the tablet on a barcode of goods which we have on each price label, to obtain all necessary information on goods, including its description, responses of other buyers, presence of the necessary size in this shop or other shops of network".
