The payment system "Customs Card" is an electronic payment system that allows you to pay customs payments by participants in foreign economic activities both directly at customs posts and using remote services, using specialized bank cards of the Payment System. Card issuance for VED participants is carried out by banks that have entered the TC.

2019

Confirmation of the possibility of using JaCarta products in the Customs Card Personal Account

2018: Opening became the owner of the Customs Card payment system

In May, it became known that PJSC Otkritie FC Bank acquired 100% of the shares of Promfinance LLC, becoming the controlling person of the operator of the nationally significant Customs Card payment system.

Earlier, the bank owned 19.9% of Promfinance LLC, which owns 67.81% of the shares of Customs Card LLC (payment system operator). Other owners of the Customs Card are the DIA (28.93%) and the National Association of Customs Representatives (NATP) - 3.21%. The transaction took place on market terms with the consent of the Federal Antimonopoly Service.

Otkritie Bank has been the settlement center of the Customs Card since March 2017. Banks participating in the payment system can open a correspondent account and make all the necessary settlements through Otkritie Bank. This provides additional stability and reliability in the payment of participants.

2017

The purpose of the Customs Card Payment System is to improve the system of payment of customs payments and reduce the time for the production of customs clearance of goods. The Customs Card payment system unites more than 60 participating banks. In 2017, users of the system made transactions totaling 0.5 trillion rubles. The services of the payment system are used by leading enterprises of the food industry, air carriers, enterprises of the oil and energy complex, importers of medicines, timber processing enterprises, enterprises of other sectors of the economy.

2014

The development of the Customs Card system allows you to equip any of the customs posts in the Russian Federation in a short time. As of November 2014, terminals installed at regional customs offices provide an operational opportunity to meet the basic needs of large carriers, including those with branch networks.

Among the clients of the Customs Card are food industry enterprises, air carriers, enterprises of the oil and energy complex, importers of medicines, timber processing enterprises and many others.

Electronic key compatibility confirmed

On November 25, 2014, companies "Aladdin R.D." and the Customs Card announced the completion of test tests, during which the correctness of the products of the lines JaCarta GOST eToken GOST and with the personal account of the payment system was confirmed.

According to the results of testing, the companies signed a certificate confirming the compatibility of electronic keys JaCarta GOST and eToken GOST with the subsystem "Personal Account of the payment system" Customs Card. " According to this document, smart cards and USB tokens can be used in the system for reliable authentication, secure operation with an enhanced qualified electronic signature and storage of keys, digital certificates: JaCarta GOST, JaCarta PKI/GOST, eToken GOST, JaCarta GOST/Flash and JaCarta PKI/GOST/Flash.

The joint use of electronic keys JaCarta GOST and eToken GOST with the system "Personal Account of the payment system" Customs Card "was implemented using the technology JC-WebClient - the solution of Aladdin R.D. for strict authentication and EP web applications and cloud services.

Recognition of a significant payment system

On October 31, 2014, the Central Bank of the Russian Federation recognized Customs Card LLC as a nationally significant payment system.

The service involves the ability to work with a qualified electronic signature and encrypt data transmitted between the client PC and the Web server, which ensures reliable protection of information about transactions of customers of the payment system and the confidentiality of data transmitted over the communication channel.
