Rus was founded by JSC MS Bank in 1994 (The General license of the Bank of Russia No. 2789 of 3/28/2014). Initially the mission of Bank consisted in financing of legal entities, crediting of the enterprises of automobile business, transaction with cash foreign currency. Since April, 2014 the Bank began credit activity of individuals on purchase of the Mitsubishi cars within the Mitsubishi Motors Finance program (Mitsubishi Motors Finance) in all salons of official dealers of the Mitsubishi cars.

Within the program special reduced interest rates on all lineup are offered buyers of the Mitsubishi cars to make the Mitsubishi cars more available and to reduce the expenses of clients connected with purchase of the car on credit.

• License for banking operations with means in rubles and foreign currency (without the attraction right in deposits of funds of individuals) (No. 2789 of 3/28/2014).
• The license for attraction in deposits of funds of individuals in rubles and foreign currency (No. 2789 of 3/28/2014).
• Certificate on inclusion of bank in the register of participating banks of a system of compulsory deposit insurance (No. 991 of 6/8/2011).
