MRS Stroycontrol

The software package of Stroycontrol is developed by the Russian company "Mobile Solutions for Construction" and intended for the complete solution of problems of automation of construction supervision by means of mobile devices.

For October, 2018 fixing and accounting of notes belong to such tasks; automatic formation of instructions; problem solving of quality of the works performed by contract organizations; continuous access to up-to-date data from a building site.

The main features of a software package are simplicity in mastering of the modern interface, flexibility in setup of forms of the reporting of the organization, efficiency in the solution of any questions connected with implementation and daily work.

The product is entered in the register of the Russian software at No. 3397 with assignment of the classes "Application Software of General Purpose" and "Information Systems for the Solution of Specific Industry Tasks".

2017

Automation of regular processes of users

The "Mobile Solutions for Construction" company announced on November 9, 2017 release of the next version of the flagship product of a software package of Stroycontrol. Updates are directed to automation of regular processes of users, quality improvement of control on large-scale construction objects and improvement of work with photos. Performance and reactivity of a system in general is also increased that is directed to the perspective growth of loading.

Main changes:

• Classification of notes by categories which are easily configured under the client.
  • Now it is possible to integrate notes for control of works of one type. It allows to create, for example, "the report on welding" or "the report on internal finishing" and to see all notes of this type at once.

• End-to-end numbering.
  • This change will be useful, first of all, for those who conduct construction of several objects at once and have a wide branch network. Now all notes can have both the general numbering, and separate on objects, branches, stages, contractors or any other configured categories.

• Geolocation of photos.
  • Now the geotag is attached to each photo of an object or the note. Function promises to be demanded at linear objects, for example, at construction or repair of a roadbed. Photos of such objects are similar on any kilometer and earlier required amendments. Now the program will automatically show the place on cartographic service.

• Automation of process of formation of the act of elimination of notes.
  • This updating is directed to saving of time and reduction of paper document flow, completely meets the adopted construction standards, automatically attaches objects, date of employees and other necessary and usual information to the act.

• Speed of operation of application.
  • Speed of loading of drawings, projects, photos and any other simultaneous actions of a large number of participants is considerably increased.

Idle time in use the Russian software package is available to optimization of construction supervision on OS iOS, Android and Windows.

Stroycontrol provides control over information from engineers

The plug-in for Autodesk Revit is created

On July 21, 2017 the "Mobile Solutions for Construction" company announced development of a plug-in for Autodesk Revit (are supported version 2015, 2016, 2017), using which it is possible to export model for the subsequent loading to Stroycontrol and import of the model changed in Stroykontrola.

Converting of model allows to switch between sheets, to select objects, to browse properties, to connect and disconnect unnecessary layers, to increase or reduce (zoom/shrink) the drawing by arbitrary value as a percentage, to do marks on the drawing.

The main possibility of the module of integration with BIM is a binding of notes directly to model objects. The note is a deviation from the project documentation, violation of the production technology, etc. In a software package of Stroycontrol is maximum information on the defect revealed during construction which includes a descriptive text part, number, photos and applications, a binding to the work documentation, the link to point of the violated standard, the author, the contractor, correspondence, etc.

Register of domestic software

Since 2016 in Russia the law on use of the Russian software and prohibition on purchases of foreign software in the presence of the Russian analogs meeting requirements of the state customers works. For the choice of the software product the unified register of the Russian programs for electronic computers and databases is created.

The decision on registration is made by Expert advice according to the Russian software at the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation. Distribution of action of the Russian register on all Eurasian Economic Union is discussed.

By Stroycontrol it is entered in April, 2017 in the register at No. 3397 with assignment of the classes "Application Software of General Purpose" and "Information Systems for the Solution of Specific Industry Tasks" — the first Russian software package for increase in efficiency of construction supervision.

BIM + Stroycontrol

Customers of construction understand expediency of use of BIM technologies at a design stage, creations of model. Partly because project bureaus learned to sell the services referring to effect of use of an information model at a stage of construction and operation. But very few people in Russia speak about experience of use of BIM model during works and especially during operation. Ideally the information model should pass through all stages and be updated constantly.

In February, 2017 Tsitronium suggested to expand building BIM model with information on quality of the built constructions, using a sheaf a CAD system in which the information model, and Stroycontrol as an information system for operating control of construction, including concerning quality was created. According to Petrostroysistema company up to 30% of cost of construction it is lost because of errors of coordination, an excessive consumption of materials, inefficiency of the organization of the works and other problems characteristic of the existing approach to the organization of a project and construction cycle. According to Petrostroysistem from 2 to 5% of SMR are lost because of problems with elimination of defects and violations. These problems are connected with the fact that on major projects the defect information is lost, forgotten, reaches with delay managers. Stroycontrol helps to close these questions, and integration with BIM allows to accumulate data on questions of quality and to save them for a building operational phase.

As Stroycontrol works with BIM on the example of 'Autodesk Revit'

Stroycontrol is established as the module to Revit just as also Tekla Structural Designer, Lumion Collada Export, etc. After clicking a module icon in the section 'Add-ins' opens dialog of Export/import of model and results of work in the program of Stroycontrol.

• For start of work with BIM model in a software package of Stroycontrol it is necessary to export Revit model to a format of Stroycontrol ('.plotpad'). And then to import this file to Stroycontrol, having pressed the Import of BIM Model button in the section Documentation.
• After import it is possible to open model as the multipage drawing. When aiming at an object of model it is possible to look at properties of this object and, the most important, to attach to it the note. The note in a software package of Stroycontrol is the maximum information on the defect revealed during construction which includes a descriptive text part, number, photos and applications, a binding to the work documentation, the link to point of the violated standard, the author, the contractor, correspondence, etc. Notes become attached only to 2D drawings, viewing a 3D model is available only for the purpose of acquaintance to an object entirely or its some cut, for descriptive reasons.
• To update BIM model, it is necessary to export information on the defects recorded in a software package of Stroycontrol. In the section Documentation it is necessary to press the Export of BIM Model button. The file with the.plotpad expansion will be created' which will need to be specified when importing in dialog of the module of Stroycontrol for Revit. On completion of import you will visually see objects with defects, they will be marked in red color (the separate layer will be created). Besides, at each object with the defects created in a software package of Stroycontrol the new property category connected with quality will be added. On the imported defects it is possible to create reports in Revit as defects have unique numbers.

Integration of BIM models and software package of Stroycontrol is expansion of model of the building information on the problems on quality arising during construction. It is invaluable information for a building operational phase which to allow to save a lot of money at the expense of pro-active measures for strengthening of problem constructions and elements.

2015: Integration of the NormaCS information retrieval system and cloud automation system of works on construction supervision of Stroycontrol

Nanosoft Ltd and Mobilnye resheniya dlya stroitelstva LLC signed in September, 2015 the partnership agreement within which integration of the NormaCS information retrieval system and the cloud automation system of works on construction supervision of Stroycontrol which main feature is use of opportunities of modern mobile devices for fixing of notes directly on a building site and gaining access to the status of working off of notes at any time and in any place was implemented.

Specialists of construction supervision are obliged to prove each revealed violation or defect by discrepancy with the project, work documentation and/or violation of requirements of the specifications and technical documentation (STD). In case of violation of the specifications and technical documentation it is necessary to spend a lot of time for search of the necessary standard, point and check of their relevance, and to perform such search, being on a building site, often there is no opportunity. Sharing of programs of NormaCS and Stroycontrol allows to solve this problem.

As the note is proved by violation of specific point of the regulating document, in the system of Stroycontrol all documents break on points. It became possible only thanks to the fact that NormaCS developers undertook huge work on the translation of all scanned documents in a convenient text format. The choice of specific point is provided in the form of dialog (on a screenshot it is selected by the joint venture 16.13330.2011).

After the choice of the violated paragraph of the regulating document the note card is autocompleted: name, description, link to the complete text or card of the document.

If at the user the NormaCS program with a packet which includes the necessary document is installed, direct jump from the browser from the page of the note of a system of Stroycontrol on the complete text of the document in the NormaCS program is possible. For this purpose it is required to click on document title only.

In mobile application at the same action there will be a transition to a document card on the website http://normacs.ru.

Integration is carried out according to obligatory and voluntary lists of "The technical regulation about security of buildings and constructions". Further connection of other regulating documents available in such sections of NormaCS as "Econom", "Full", "Max" is planned.

For November, 2014 Stroycontrol is a tool of an operative communication between building and service of the customer due to use of mobile devices and transfer of communication between participants of construction in uniform space. It is possible to do marks on the drawing, to create tasks, to attach to them photos, to do measurements and many other things.

The application is available on all popular mobile platforms - iOS and Android and also on the computer via the web browser.
