Keysystems upgraded the system of accounting in the Government of Khabarovsk Krai based on the Estimate SMART PC

On December 12, 2014 the Keysystems company announced system implementation of accounting of edge organizations of the Government of Khabarovsk Krai using the Estimate SMART PC.

Project Progress

Today in the created information system accounting of 36 main managers of budgetary funds of the region is kept. During 2014 all processes connected with maintaining the uniform normative reference information were smoothly running, interaction from the consolidated statements "Svod Smart" operated by a system, with the system of remote financial document flow (SRFDF), with a hardware and software system for carrying out inventory is fulfilled. On the basis of the got successful experience the decision on further implementation of the Estimate SMART PC in edge organizations is made.

Result

Centralization of accounting allowed to regulate account policy of organizations from the main managers of budgetary funds and financial bodies at regional and local level. According to the results of system implementation formation of the uniform ledger of the manager of budgetary funds and all connected organizations or the corresponding budget in general is available. At the same time, failure from paper carriers and transition mainly to electronic documents and electronic document management allowed to reduce significantly terms of the movement of documents and reporting data and also to increase their quality. Implementation of the Estimate SMART PC as a single system of accounting is one more step to creation of a regional segment of "The electronic budget" of Khabarovsk Krai in strict accordance with the concept of Federal Treasury.
