A system SCOUT is implemented at two enterprises of EFKO Group

The EFKO group summed up at the beginning of 2015 the first results of equipment of vehicle fleet a system GLONASS/ GPS- monitoring SCOUT. Together with acquisition of the reliable instrument of control of work of transport, the enterprise gained additional effect in the form of increase in safety of employees and increase in a resource of work of cars. EFKO Group is a largest Russian producer of the special purpose fats used in a candy store, baking and other industries of the food industry. Also the group is leading manufacturer of mayonnaise and vegetable oil in Russia which are issued under the Settlement and Altero brands.

Transport of EFKO Group all the year round participate in purchase of sunflower and soy in the territory stretching from Krasnodar Krai to the Samara region. For more effective organization of work of vehicle fleet numbering tens of units of transport the system capable to precisely control movement of objects along the set routes, the time spent at ways and the passable distance in kilometers was required. Having studied offers of the market, the management of "EFKO" stopped the choice on a System SCOUT. Along with many advantages of a system, a role was played that the 5-year guarantee extends to all equipment of SCOUT Group.

Works on system implementation and maintenance were undertaken by company TsSM "Satellite" – the authorized partner of SCOUT Group in the Belgorod region. As the project was implemented in the territory of several areas, one more partner – the Voronezh company "Ministry of Railways" was attracted to it.

"25 units of motor transport were originally equipped. Then, having estimated all advantages of this system, we equipped additionally 50 more machines. In spite of the fact that cars reside in business trips, the staff of TsSM "Satellite" provided equipment installation in the shortest possible time. And we note their efficiency both at equipment of transport, and at problem solving, arising in the course of use of a System SCOUT", – Roman Roshchupkin, the chief of logistics of MSD EFKO Group tells.

On transport modules of satellite monitoring of production of SCOUT Group were installed. For managers 4 jobs with the software SCOUT Platform were organized. In the first months of use of a system in vehicle fleet of EFKO Group reduction of a run was recorded, cases of inappropriate use of transport were reduced, the culture of driving increased.
