2020: Certification of FSTEC of Russia

On September 7, 2020 SAP CIS announced that the Federal Service for Technical and Export Control (FSTEC of Russia) certified the cloud solutions of SAP Marketing Cloud and SAP S/4HANA placed in a local data processing center of SAP.

Certificates of compliance are issued for a period of five years. The Center of Security of Information (CSI) accredited by FSTEC of Russia became certification body. As it is specified in certificates, the SAP solutions Marketing Cloud and SAP S/4HANA locate the built-in information security tools and guarantee safety of the processed these clients.

For the last 6 years the SAP company systematically transferred to data center the main cloud services and key solutions SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud SAP Ariba SAP SuccessFactors SAP IBP SAP Cloud Platform, a portfolio of the SAP solutions Customer Experience, SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

2018: Change of the name and inclusion in the SAP Commerce Cloud portfolio

In June, 2018 the SAP company provided the portfolios for integrated management of client experience of SAP Customer Experience, the included 5 cloud solutions which are earlier presented at the market under the SAP Hybris brand. Including the SAP solution Hybris Marketing Cloud which name was changed to SAP Marketing Cloud.

2017: In the Russian data processing center

On November 21, 2017 the SAP CIS company announced placement of cloud solutions of SAP Hybris for e-commerce, marketing and customer relationship management in the Russian data processing center. Russia became the seventh country in which the company provided cloud products: SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer for automation of sales and customer service, SAP Hybris Commerce Cloud – for e-commerce and creation of marketplaces and also SAP Hybris Marketing Cloud – for the analysis and management of client experience.

2015: SAP hybris Marketing is the platform for contextual marketing

On February 10, 2015 the hybris company presented the solution for marketing integrating client data in the uniform center that will allow the companies to take all advantage of contextual marketing for the first time.

The SAP hybris Marketing software product uses contextual data constantly to update profiles, as existing, and potential clients.

Using effective instruments of determination of target groups marketing specialists can "contact" clients, starting individually configured personalized campaigns on websites, through e-mail messages, through advertizing on digital screens, at the appeal to sales department or during their communication with a support service by phone and also by means of sending push-messages for mobile applications or devices. Campaigns can automatically be started (if the consumer shows special behavior of time at present), can be started according to the schedule made by marketing specialists or be created under the specific client using simple actions.

The platform of marketing consists of several basic elements:

  • mechanisms of segmentation, predictive analytics and contextual analysis
  • mechanisms of planning, budgeting and approval of marketing campaigns
