"Forward" implemented the system of e-learning and certification

On February 24, 2015 Softline announced project completion on development and deployment of a system of e-learning and certification for Forvard company on the Microsoft SharePoint 2013 platform.

Project Tasks

In geographically distributed branches with a large number of employees difficulties with selection of the premises prepared for training were observed. Besides, educational plans of the company were limited to regular number of teachers. These factors became premises of creation of a universal system of distance learning of personnel.

As the partner of the project the Softline company is selected.

Project Progress

"We were faced by a problem of creation of uniform space for the training and exchange of materials giving also an opportunity of obtaining analytical information on level of training of specialists, - Aleksandra Purgina, the project manager of Softline in Novosibirsk told. - As a technology basis the Microsoft SharePoint 2013 platform as it optimum approached on functionality was selected".

Project Results

Within the project the solution allowing to participate in educational process to several user groups – to teachers, pupils, heads is implemented. At the same time each group had the appropriate rights of access. The employees acting as teachers can create in the system of library and the knowledge base, rates and educational modules, to fill them with materials, intermediate and final tests.

A system is expected 3 thousand users and has the intuitive interface. It supports a possibility of further upgrade and already in the near future, according to plans of Forvard company, can become a part of a corporate portal.
