The ERIELL group is equipped with the Omnicomm system

April 08, 2015. The Omnicomm-Service company announced equipment by a monitoring system of transport and control of fuel consumption of Omnicomm of 370 units of transport of RBE "Russia" of the ERIELL Group (Eriell of Neftegazservice).

Work on equipment was conducted at the same time in 6 cities. Specialists Omnicomm-Service installed the equipment on the equipment in Moscow, Nizhnevartovsk, Orenburg, Usinsk, Novy Urengoy and based on the supplier of the equipment in Miass.

Equipment of the equipment of the ERIELL Group had a number of features in connection with its specifics – nevertheless, specialists Omnicomm-Service coped with them without problems.

So, in the region with insufficient acceptance of a signal of GSM implementation of sets of the equipment with data transmission on the WI-FI-channel was carried out. Often work on equipment was conducted at a temperature below -20 °C.

Integration of a cloud service of Omnicomm Online into the software "1C: Motor Vehicle Management Prof" became one more feature. This joint solution Omnicomm companies, 1C-Rarus and ERIELL which is intended for conducting managerial accounting in the motor transportation companies and divisions. The solution gives abilities to manage statements and processings of waybills cargo and cars and other transport, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.

For formation in the ERIELL Group of analysis department specialists Omnicomm-Service held the training seminars on work with the Omnicomm Online program allowing to keep track of location and a status of transport and to control operation of the equipment, considering various parameters: a run, fuel consumption, operating time and idle times, calculation of the work performed by the additional hardware, engines operating modes and the equipment.

Today, in 12 months after installation, economy of RBE "Russia" of the ERIELL Group makes at least 10%. "Thanks to the Omnicomm system inappropriate use of fuel on transport – especially notable changes on remote objects is excluded", – Vitaly Dokunikhin, the chief executive of the ERIELL Group explains.

Installation of the system directed to decrease in finance costs helped to increase discipline of driver's structure also: "It was one of the purposes of our cooperation, – Vitaly Dokunikhin comments. – Considerably the reporting and adjustment of consumption rate of fuel became simpler, the department of analytics controls movement of transport in real time – it helps to conduct constructive dialogue with drivers. Also it should be noted that after specialists from engineering service ERIELL were trained in Omnikomm concerning service, the amount of faults decreased, and it allowed to obtain data the most exact. Implementation of automatic systems of accounting took place much quicker".
