Maintenance:

• The paid agreement 1C:ITS is issued
• Delivery and installation of the delivery of ITS to a workplace of the user is monthly performed
• The Internet version of ITS and Internet services of ITS is used
• Consultation on methodical questions of work with the program of 1C is performed
• Monthly acquaintance of users with new materials of the ITS PROF is made
• Setup and check of access to the website of user support users.v8.1c.ru is made
• Updating of the platform and the standard configurations "1C: Enterprise", diagnostics of a status of information base, creation of archive copies is made
• Works on updating of the platform and standard configurations, diagnostics of a status of information base, creation of archive copies are monthly performed
• Setup and check of access to the Internet version of ITS and to Internet services "Ask a Question to the Line of Consultations of 1C", "Ask a Question to the Auditor" is made

Description

The solution of a problem of control of profitability by agreements of transportations became development of the 1C: Motor Vehicle Management 8 system. The management of Tatneft Transservis Group made the decision on start of an implementation project of the cost accounting system of the enterprise by agreements of customers developed based on software "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8", "1C: Accounting 8", "1C: Motor Vehicle Management 8". Priority problems of automation of the project were: 1) The organization of the scheme of collecting and accounting of the main primary costs (fuel and lubricants, salary, traveling) by agreements of Customers in full accordance with data of waybills: a run, time, all other costs according to the waybill and the customers serviced on it. 2) Implementation of an additional system of distribution of indirect costs of the enterprise for the purpose of obtaining complete cost value of the implemented services by agreements of Customers. Operation of this mechanism should not distort or prevent accounting within which account of indirect costs is kept. 3) Consolidation in one base 1C of itemized cost calculation of each agreement and calculation of a gross profit by agreements of Customers on all subsidiaries of group with a possibility of elimination of the internal turnovers on holding.

For development and deployment of the original project specialists of 1C-Rarus company who during the project developed and approved a solution architecture with key users were invited, made adaptation of configurations, customized a system, provided training and start in commercial operation. On this task work of services was automated:

• managements of accounting and reporting;
• department of job management and salary;
• economic management.

In a system more than 200 users work.
