Alcoframe

The companies "LANIT-Integration", "INSYSTEMS" (enter into group LANIT) and LUÍS + provided in the spring of 2015 the new domestic device which received the name "Alcoframe".

"Alcoframe" – the breathalyzer of new generation held for use at check-points of sensitive sites. At the heart of the technology developed NPP Lazernye Sistemy (St. Petersburg) the principle of optical laser spectroscopy which gives to an invention convincing advantages lies: speed in application, durability, a possibility of the round-the-clock independent operation for a long time. These and other qualities do the device irreplaceable in the field of security and mass express control.

Unlike the majority of the existing detectors, Alcoframe uses new type of sensors which allows to reduce analysis time to 0.5 with (the full stroke of measurement taking into account recovery makes no more than 1.5 c). It excludes emergence of queues at the check point even at big accumulation of the people. In the device no supplies are used, it has service life not less than 50,000 hours and practically does not need maintenance.

The LANIT-Integration company financed the project on creation of industrial samples of the breathalyzer. Engineers INSYSTEMS provided its compatibility with all modern control and management systems for access (ACS).

Technical director of LANIT, deputy CEO of INSYSTEMS company Polyakov Mikhail: "We provided absolutely unique domestic development. Joint efforts of engineers of INSYSTEMS and Laser Systems companies and with full support of LANIT-Integration company it managed to be brought to the industrial sample ready to mass implementation. We believe, and last exhibition it confirmed that demand for new technology will be considerable".

Head "Medicine" of LANIT-Integration company Dybovsky Dmitry: "In the history of the industry there are too much cases when alcoholism in a workplace became the reason of state of emergency. Unfortunately, nobody from similar incidents is insured, however heads of the industrial companies and objects of the increased danger can minimize this risk if in time provide effective check of the employees regarding alcoholic intoxication – both before a working shift, and after it. "Alcoframe" is really advanced means as testing is performed quickly, the number of tests is not limited. Data retrieveds are easily loaded into the ACS for further processing. Such technology is ideal for drawing up objective reports and identification of violations from personnel".
