The main difference between INSYSTEMS is an integrated approach to equipping buildings and structures. The company effectively builds all life support systems of customer organizations: water supply, ventilation, heating and cold supply systems, power supply, physical safety and integrated automation. From pre-design inspection and documentation development to delivery, pre-commissioning and subsequent maintenance, the full cycle of work allows projects to be implemented within the optimal time frame and to maintain a high level of work quality.
This comprehensive approach combined with the qualifications of the company's employees (more than 70% of whom are certified by the world's leading manufacturers) ensured the company's recognition among both domestic and foreign customers. INSYSTEMS has successfully completed projects for such clients as, Gazprom NK,,,,,,, hotel Rosneft Bank of Russia Sberbank Alfa-Bank Mosvodokanal Roshydromet RUSAL ROSKOSMOS chain, etc. Marriott Magnit hypermarket chain
Among the significant projects of recent times in which Insystems took part are the construction of the first national civil cosmodrome Vostochny, the construction of a new building of the Moscow Prosecutor's Office, the construction of the Linxtelecom data center in Moscow, the equipment of the Sberbank Corporate University on Istra, etc.
During the existence of INSYSTEMS, its specialists equipped air conditioning and ventilation systems with about 2,000,000 square meters. m of office and industrial premises, which corresponds to the area of 80 large theaters; installed more than 80,000 CCTV cameras, which corresponds to the number of cameras used by all law enforcement agencies in the city of Moscow; protected from fire or unauthorized penetration 2,130,000 square meters. m - the area of the Principality of Monaco.
Virzer Evgeny, General Director of INSYSTEMS: "The motto of our work:" Professionalism. Quality. Reliability. " And these are not empty words. We have highly qualified specialists, we supply equipment to the leaders of the engineering market, and for all our works and services we have received relevant international and Russian licenses and certificates. In the person of INSYSTEMS, our clients receive a reliable partner. "
The experience of INSYSTEMS and LANIT companies allows them to highlight typical mistakes of large projects. Among them, breaking the project into small tasks with the involvement of many subcontractors, which inevitably leads to a delay in the deadlines; striving to do all the work at the lowest cost; neglect of outsourcing; the desire of the customer to independently purchase equipment at a minimum price and then transfer it for installation to a contractor, etc.
Performance indicators
2019
At the end of 2019, Insystems' turnover amounted to approximately 3.8 billion rubles. At the same time, the company was in a loss of 1 billion rubles, according to data on financial reporting on the resource of the Federal Tax Service. Lanit explained to TAdviser that the loss of 2019 is associated with the completion of large projects and the resulting decrease in revenue. The decline occurred after a sharp jump in revenue in 2017 due to the implementation of large projects, including the creation of Sberbank's mega-data center in Skolkovo.
Lanit also told TAdviser that as of the end of 2020, Insystems has no external debt on loans and borrowings. Financing of the company's activities is carried out at the expense of its own funds of the Lanit Group of Companies.
The number of new concluded state contracts at Insystems in 2019 also decreased significantly - there were 2 against 9 in 2018. And in 2020, the company has so far concluded only one state contract, follows from the base "Kontur. Focus."
The staff of Insystems has also decreased: according to the Federal Tax Service, in 2019 the average number of employees was more than 1.6 thousand people, and one of the company's news in 2020 already refers to more than 1.3 thousand employees. Lanit notes that such fluctuations in numbers are characteristic of construction organizations that attract ordinary construction personnel to perform a specific amount of work for projects (for fixed-term labor contracts).
2015
At the end of 2015, the company increased its turnover in rubles by 36.5% compared to 2014, reaching a revenue level of about p5.5 billion.
In 2016, Insystems expected a revenue increase of about 15%, but the company's victory in the Sberbank megatender to choose a contractor for the construction of its data center in Skolkovo adjusted this value to about 100%. The maximum contract price for the project was p13.1 billion, and Insystems agreed to complete the work, designed for two years, for p12.2 billion.
2012
According to Director General Yevgeny Virzer, over the past three years, turnover has grown steadily by about 60% per year and in 2011 amounted to $75 million. According to preliminary estimates, in 2012 the turnover will grow by 70% and reach $120 million. The company's staff is also constantly growing and has 350 specialists. Among the most significant achievements of recent times are the equipment with engineering systems of the building of the Moscow City Court, the Diesel Arena sports and entertainment complex in Penza, the hotel complexes Kortyard Marriott Irkutsk City Center and Kortyard Marriott Kazan Kremlin.

2019: Results of work with Legrand to produce UPS in Vladivostok
On May 17, 2019, INSYSTEMS (part of the LANIT group of companies) and the French Legrand Group, a specialist in electrical and information systems of buildings, summed up the results of the joint production of uninterruptible power supplies and electrical equipment in Vladivostok - DV-ENGINEERING.
The total cost of products manufactured for customers exceeded 250 million rubles. For May 2019, the issue of expanding production capacities is being discussed. Preferences of the resident of the free port of Vladivostok allow the company to develop faster, train staff and improve product quality. INSYSTEMS and Legrand plan to continue the development of full-scale electrical production in the Far East.
The production in Vladivostok assembles single-unit three-phase uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) Legrand with a capacity of 10 to 120 kVA, as well as electrical equipment. DV-ENGINEERING specialists calibrate and check UPS remote monitoring and synchronization systems, install and update product software. The company also manufactures power cabinets and automation cabinets. All manufactured equipment meets Russian and European quality standards.
DV-ENGINEERING products are in demand both in the Far Eastern region and beyond. In the previous year, UPS, power cabinets and automation cabinets assembled at production were delivered to the Vostochny cosmodrome Amur Gas Processing Plant, Yakut GRES-2 to the -Rusagro Primorye facilities in the branches Sberbank of,,, Bank of Russia schools, to the Sakhalin Oblast Far Eastern shipbuilding and ship repair center - the Zvezda plant and other facilities.
There is also the INSYSTEMS project in Vladivostok - the 3D Design Center, which the company together with the Far Eastern Federal University. The main task of the educational center is to train specialists who have the skills to work in a modern and popular BIM design environment. According to Yevgeny Koloskov, director of the INSYSTEMS design department, this design method is the main trend in the construction industry. After successfully completing the course, students will be able to undergo an internship at the training center. A further prospect is employment at the INSYSTEMS 3D Design Center, a branch of the company in Vladivostok, or other companies that use modern design software in their work. It is planned that soon not only FEFU students, but also employees of the regional design companies will be able to study at the Center.
Alexis Conan, CEO of the Legrand Group in Russia and the CIS, noted:
For the Legrand Group, the Far East is a large and very special region in Russia. For many years now we have been coming here and are convinced that the Far East has a very good potential for the development of the Russian economy. |
Evgeny Virzer, General Director of INSYSTEMS and DV-ENGINEERING:
Our company has a goal - to form a professional environment around it. The 3D Design Center we created will help you achieve this goal. Of course, we are happy to expect all graduates to work, but it is no less important for us that the guys go to work in other companies in the region. In order for us all - performers, customers, competitors - to speak the same language. It is very important that we all work according to the same rules. |
