The ChZPSN-Profnastil plant was connected to service of telephony from Rostelecom

On April 27, 2015 it became known of signing of the contract between JSC The Chelyabinsk Plant of the Pro-thinned-out Steel Flooring and Rostelecom on receiving from operator of service "New telephony"^[1].

Project Results

"We expand sales points. As a result in each of 10 cities we connected local phone numbers for the purpose of promotion of our products, and Rostelecom integrated all numbers in a single network which can be managed, quickly changing settings of this network. The calls coming to local phones automatically come to uniform contact center of sales department in Chelyabinsk. Here the order for execution is taken and goes to destination to any city of Russia", - Vladislav Nazarov, the head of information technology of "The Chelyabinsk Plant of the Pro-thinned-out Steel Flooring" plant told.

According to specialists of JSC Rostelecom, service "New telephony" – one of the main methods of process optimization of communication with clients; the service allowing to integrate all basic communication needs of the company in uniform telecommunication space.

In total phones in 10 cities of the country are united in uniform contact center of the plant:

• Moscow,
• Yekaterinburg,
• Chelyabinsk,
• Krasnodar,
• Orenburg,
• Novosibirsk,
• Izhevsk,
• Omsk,
• Perm
• Rostov-on-Don.

"The service works with the help of the Internet and does not require acquisition of the expensive equipment and keeping of staff of additional employees, - Oleg Izvekov, the commercial director of the Chelyabinsk branch of JSC "Rostelecom" emphasized. - The service is mobile and can be used in every spot on the globe where there is an Internet, and number is not tied to a certain location".
