The Central Russian bank of Sberbank transferred ATMs to outsourcing of LAN ATMservice company

The Central Russian bank of Sberbank of Russia transferred more than 50% of ATMs and payment terminals of the network for technical maintenance to LAN ATMservice (enters into LANIT group). The company accepted 3550 items of equipment on the outsourcing including complex repair and technical maintenance of the equipment on the first and second support line (FLM, SLM).

From the moment of the beginning of cooperation in technical support of network of devices of self-service in 2011 the Central Russian bank of Sberbank of Russia systematically transferred the equipment to outsourcing to LAN ATMservice. Today the number of ATMs and payment terminals reached 3550. Models of different producers are among the serviced equipment: NCR Diebold Wincor Nixdorf Nautilus ITT DORS and others.

The Central Russian bank of Sberbank of Russia, as well as other territorial subdivisions of bank, sets high rates of working capacity (SLA) for network of the ATMs and payment terminals. Observance by LAN ATMservice company of the criteria set by bank became possible thanks to creation in short terms of network of the regional service centers. Each center has constantly filled up warehouse of spare parts, the skilled staff will provide repair of any level of complexity.
