2019: Busfor purchased ITT

On December 24, 2019 it became known of acquisition of the Russian software developers by Busfor service for sale of tickets and automation of work of stations "KVTs-service" and ITT (Avibus brand). The cost of transactions does not reveal. According to Kommersant, could pay about 10 million rubles for each purchase of Busfor.

The CEO of ITT Ilya Popov confirmed to the edition sale to the company and reported that software of "Avibus" is used by more than 550 bus stations and bus stations. In the country, by different estimates, there are from 800 to 1.5 thousand bus stations and bus stations. The market participants polled by the newspaper estimated all volume of the Russian market of long-distance transportations at 125-150 billion rubles a year earlier.

Earlier in 2019 Busfor was sold to the French service of search of fellow travelers of BlaBlaCar which after closing of the transaction started sale of bus tickets in Russia. The synergy of BlaBlaCar and the purchased Busfor of services will lead to the fact that the share of the tickets sold via online channels significantly will grow together with influence and a negotiation position of the integrated aggregator, the founder of Atlas service Mikhail Tomshinsky considers.

Still yesterday bus stations hated BlaBlaCar, and now it through a chain of actions received control over platforms at which these bus stations work. Now service will be able to influence their policy — he noted.

In addition to "KVTs-service" and ITT, heads of Busfor and BlaBlaCar conducted negotiations with Artmark company (e-traffic brand) which develops the automation system of stations and own aggregator of tickets. It was talked of purchase for $10 million, but the parties did not manage to agree, told Kommersant the informed source.

The founder of e-traffic Evgeny Ustyugov confirmed negotiations, but specified that they concerned "cooperation increase and technology support", and offers on purchase were not considered.[1]

2008

The ITT company grew from department of development of Rice company, namely from the project on automation of bus stations.

In August, 2008 in the company the client Bus stations of Udmurtia handled a task on development of the automated control system for bus stations and in 4 months (January, 2009) the first version "Rice appeared : Management of bus stations".
