2019: Integration of a sensing technology of the certifying documents Smart IDReader

On April 30, 2019 the company Smart Engines reported that in the Avibus system for execution of tickets in buses of the long-distance message the technology recognitions of certifying documents is implemented Smart IDReader. She allows to distinguish data passports the passenger with use online cash desks or normal smartphones at sale and cross-selling of tickets on platforms, in buses on intermediate stations and at small bus stations.

As of April, 2019 using the Avibus system it is automated 498avtovokzalov and bus stations in Russia and the neighboring countries. Partners of Avibus are services for sale of tickets of BUSFOR, tutu.ru and "ON the BUS".

Before use of a sensing technology drivers and the staff of the small stations drove in data of passengers on the keyboard manually that was not convenient and took a lot of time. According to the results of implementation they have enough, when using the application "Avibus: The mobile bus station", using the camera which is built in online cash desk to scan the passport and Smart IDReader for several seconds will recognize data, necessary for execution of the ticket. Information on the sold tickets is transmitted through main system of accounting of Avibus in the automated centralized base of personal data about passengers (ATsBPDP), noted in Smart Engines.

Smart IDReader ensures safety during the work with personal data of passengers on mobile devices as does not transfer data to processing on the Internet to "cloud" or on the external server. All calculations are executed in real time locally on the device, emphasized in Smart Engines.

"Using the solution Smart Engines on recognition of documents process of service of passengers at execution of tickets on interregional routes becomes much quicker. In general, use of the application and a possibility of fast cross-selling of tickets including on stopovers, seriously increases coefficient of employment of places throughout a route".

Mobile application "Avibus" for drivers can be used at the multifunction online checkout Azur POS. Or the client can select for equipment of a workplace of the driver separate devices for execution of tickets and carrying out payment. For example, CR Atoll 11F the mobile Ingenico terminal ICMP Sberbank and also any smartphone under management OS Android conforming to technical requirements of the mobile platform can be used wireless and 15F 1C.

2018: Open source code system

According to information for August, 2018 "Avibus: Management of bus stations" is an automation system of activity of bus stations open source. It allows to make quickly changes to the program by the client that in a complex and effectively to solve problems of automation of bus station, bus station and their networks.

2017: System designation

According to information for December 20187 years a product "Avibus: Management of bus stations" it is intended for automation of activity of bus stations, bus stations and passenger carriers. At the same time the product is suitable as for the smallest enterprise with the only user, and for large associations of bus stations. A system allows to automate in a complex work of cashiers, managers, department of the schedule, sales agents of tickets, accounting and the managements of bus station.

Additional components: "Avibus: Mobile bus station", "Avibus: Self-service terminal", "Avibus: Universal display", "Avibus: Dispatching avtovoinformator".

The configuration is developed using standard libraries "1C: Enterprise" (BSP, BTS, BIPP, BPO). For work with a configuration "Avibus: Management of bus stations" is necessary to have the set 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform.

The software product has program protection against unauthorized use.
