Pervobank completed upgrade of a corporate portal

On May 13, 2015 it became known of completion of works on updating of a corporate portal of joint stock company Pervobank created on the platform Microsoft SharePoint 2010 together with products Nintex Workflow 2010 and DocTrix Platform 2010.

Basic reason of migration of the portal of JSC Pervobank on the updated linking of products - the need for receiving developments from i-Sys.

The task facing i-Sys company consisted in transfer of a corporate portal on Microsoft SharePoint 2013 without changes in structure of the existing data. It was required to save relevant workflows and to provide the continuity of actions according to all lists of the requests registered before migration.

Project Results

Works in the project were performed from June to December, 2014. Migration happened in the form of data-refresh and all product family up to 2013 versions by specialists of i-Sys company.

Using the DocTrix platform in JSC Pervobank work of Department of IT in the form of the solution ServiceDesk is automated. Together with Nintex Workflow the DocTrix platform helped to automate services of customer service inherent to the banking sector (consideration of requests for the credits to physical persons and legal entities, opening of accounts for legal entities), general economy workflows:

• information services,
• corporate reference books,
• storage of documents.

"For us it was important to complete migration of the portal of JSC Pervobank and to carry out all assigned tasks. Providing the minimum period of unavailability of a system in the course of migration, because of business criticality of the updated applications was one of key and difficult requirements, – Artyom Hakhalin, the project manager from i-Sys told. – We saved all structure and transferred it practically in the same type. After project completion of migration at us new projects for development of the portal, using opportunities of Microsoft Sharepoint 2013 and modern technologies of development and frameworks such as AngularJS and Bootstrap at once began. For example, the implementation project of the new design adapted for corporate style, expansion of opportunities of a corporate portal to which the functionality of social knowledge and management of corporate information resources was added comes to the end already now".
