Ilnitsky Andrey Mikhaylovich is the adviser to the Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation.

Biography

Was born in 1959.

Studied in MIPT.

From 1982 to 1992 worked as the research associate of TsNII-26 MO of the USSR.

Candidate of Technical Sciences (protection in 1989).

In 2002 graduated from "The Moscow school of political researches".

In 1992 and for 2003 worked as a part of the management of publishing houses "AST", "Ast-press", "Agraf", "VAGRIUS".

From 2003 to 2006 worked in Interregional public organization "Open Russia".

From 2006 to 2012 worked as the deputy manager of the CEC of a batch United Russia — the Head of Department on work with supporters of a batch and public associations, the member of general council.

From 2012 to 2013 worked as the head (in the rank of the minister) head department of domestic policy and interaction with local government authorities of the central executive body of the government of the Moscow region.

In 2013 and for 2014 worked as the Deputy Prime Minister of the Moscow region on social communications.

In 2015 received a position of the adviser to the Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation.

For June 8, 2015 Andrey Mikhaylovich Ilnitsky works as the adviser to the Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation.
