On June 8, 2015 it became known of integration of products of CRMSensor company and Borlas Retail company into networks of the SMIK children's department stores, by request of the management[1].

The purpose of integration of two software solutions, CRM system and cash software - simplification of authorization of employees on the cash equipment and in the CRMSensor system.

Project Progress
Since September, 2014 shops of SMIK network are equipped with interactive questionnaires of CRMSensor. With the help of these devices buyers can estimate the service level in shop, completeness of the range of goods and speed of work of the cashier.
Project Results
As a result of integration of solutions, the cashier, at authorization in the cash TradeX program, will automatically become authorized in the CRMSensor system. On the screen of the CRMSensor device the digital badge of the employee with his photo, a name and a position is displayed. All data on service received from clients automatically become attached in the CRMSensor system to the employee, change and shop.
