On June 23, 2015 it became known of implementation of the automation equipment of business processes in "MITRA architectural construction company" on the platform of the 1C: Integrated Automation program. 1C-Rarus integrator[1].
Project Results
Implementation automates managerial, trade, accounting, tax and personnel records, payroll. Processes are organized in uniform information base that facilitated communication of employees and accelerated decision making.
Program capabilities help to plan activity of the company, to look for ways of cost reduction and expenses. "The efficiency monitor" allows the management to cover "all business by one look". Here key indicators of organization activity are reflected and dynamics of their development is provided.
As a part of software "1C: Integrated Automation" works a subsystem of CRM. The functionality of the software complex helps ASK MITRE to establish effective customer interaction and suppliers. The subsystem allows to analyze effectiveness of marketing and advertizing campaigns.
