Invitro completed implementation of a complex of solutions of security

On June 25, 2015 the Independent laboratory Invitro announced implementation of a complex of the hardware-software solutions Check Point within upgrade of an information system. The project was executed by AKON Tech company.

Project Tasks

Key task of IT department of Invitro — to provide the high level of security of personal data of patients and to support work of the internal network protected by the certified means of information security.

When choosing an information security system conditions were shown:

• compliance of means of protecting to the high requirements to security of personal data set in the company;
• existence of the certificates necessary for ensuring reliable personal data protection;
• correct work on the distributed network of Invitro;
• scaling option.

Place of acceptance of Invitro, 2014

Search of technologies is connected with need of replacement of the operating system as the vendor announced the forthcoming termination of technical support and failure from its further development.

Project Progress

Invitro bought the equipment and software solutions Check Point for installation on more than 1 thousand jobs with the unlimited license.

Implementation began summer of 2014 and took half a year. The hardware systems are unrolled at the central office of the company in Moscow, software tools — in the Moscow and regional medical offices.

Project Results

For June 25, 2015 process of connection of jobs in regions continues. In plans of Invitro - to implement the hardware-software solutions Check Point in all laboratory complexes and own medical offices of the company.
