"Belatmit" automated work of field employees

On July 27, 2015 "Belatmit" became known of an implementation project of the automation system of mobile trade the Optimum of ASUMT in the North-Western Administrative District. Works in the project were performed by Gorinfoservice company.

Project Results

The solution for mobile trade is used by 80 sales representatives. They follow along the route created by a system and work on the planned scenario. Formation of the order is made in a sales point then the request comes to the general system of orders. Also the request for return of products is on site made out. A system provides control of receivables on each outlet, photographing of the calculation of goods. Work of all sales representatives is controlled: GPS monitoring of location of the employee is conducted.

If in the beginning supervisors checked and estimated work of the sales representatives in the standard version of the mobile client of ASUMT, then in 2015 they received the separate applications Optimum Supervisor by means of which control became even more transparent. All information is displayed in a system, helping the guide of the customer with decision making.
