The city administration of Blagoveshchensk implemented control facilities over budget expenses

On July 27, 2015 it became known of an implementation project in city administration of Blagoveshchensk of schedule systems and budget implementation of "ADC-Planning" and "ADC-Finance". The implementer in the project BFT company.

Project Results

The project executed in Blagoveshchensk - a part of large-scale connection of municipal entities of the Amur region to the centralized solution on management of public procurements. One of advantages - integration of a system with OOS, ETP and schedule systems and budget implementation of "ADC-Planning" and "ADC-Finance" respectively. Complex approach provides to municipality the reliable and effective tool for accomplishment of tasks in the field of control over planning and expenditure of budgetary funds.

Tatyana Kalashnikova, the head of department of the municipal order of city administration of Blagoveshchensk, noted: "The centralized solution "ATsK-Goszakaz" became for our Control of the effective tool which allows us as authorized body to adjust flexible control in the field of purchases of subordinated customers and to quickly collect statistical information. Today specialists of Management do not have need to perform operations on import of data to Management of the state order of the Amur region as all materials according to procedures of determination of the supplier of municipal purchases of the city of Blagoveshchensk and other necessary information are stored in the centralized database of the region. Application of standard templates of the tender documentation and auction documentation allowed to lower labor costs also: all data form in already available and earlier saved forms that allows employees to save the time and to minimize risk of emergence of errors".
