"The regional antitubercular clinic of the Tyumen region" implemented a management system for financial and economic activity

On August 3, 2015 the press service of Parus company announced implementation in the Tyumen regional antitubercular clinic of a system PARUS. System implementation and user training were provided by specialists of Budget Inform company^[1].

Project Progress

In GBUZ of the Tyumen region "Regional antitubercular clinic" and its branches the centralized control system of financial and economic activity is created. In a common information space the staff of four health facilities of area — about 40 users works.

Within the project processes of accounting and payroll, personnel management and logistics, accounting of food are automated.

Project Results

Use of the unified information system increases completeness and accuracy of the information, justification and quality of the made management decisions, optimizes the number of administrative personnel.

A system provides unloading of passport details of organization, the information about health workers and business activities of organization in the Single state information system in the field of health care (Uniform State Health Information System).

According to project participants, creation of an information system on the uniform server will reduce operating costs at the expense of the centralized carrying out upgrade, momentariness of updates.
