ATMvideo - is intended for continuous video fixing of events on all types of information payment terminals and ATMs.

The equipment of producers is supported: NCR, Wincor Nixdorf, Diebold, Nautilus Hyosung and retsikler of OKI.

ATMvideo allows to conduct a video constantly or as a result of approach of an event: for example, since the moment when the client inserted the card into the ATM. The video series can be supplemented with data of the client, type of the performed operation, date and time of transaction and many other. ATMvideo can be also used for protection of the ATM, providing connection of different sensors of security.

ATMvideo is equipped with the intellectual software which is completely controlling a video complex status. Information on faults of video cameras, the hard drive or software of a complex comes under standard bank protocols of NDC/DDC to a processing center of bank. Selection of the additional channel is not required. Using a server component of ATMvideo the employee of the bank can configure video complex operation parameters far off. Service of remote search of video data in archive is available.

2015: Evropeum approved ATMvideo for installation on OKI ATMs

On August 6, 2015 it became known - the Evropeum group approved the ATMvideo video system for installation on OKI ATMs.

LAN ATMservice company together with Evropeum group completed tests of a video surveillance system of ATMvideo on the Japanese OKI ATMs working at the universal Kalignite NDC and TellME platforms.

ATMvideo provides video fixing of the events which are taking place on self-service devices including the data on transaction necessary for conducting investigations. Collected ATMvideo of data allow to react timely to the emergency situations connected with failures of the equipment and fraudulent activity and also to make operational investigation of the incident "without delay".
