OKI Sistems Rus LLC is the trading company importing the printing OKI equipment to Russia, and performing functions of representation OKI Data — the Japanese company specializing in design, development, production and marketing of the business solutions for printing allowing the companies to build more effectively the work and external communications. In April, 2010 in Moscow based on Representative office of OKI Europe Ltd, the trading company, OKI Sistems Rus LLC was officially registered. 2014: "OKI Sistems Rus" about activity in 2014

On June 30, 2015 the company "OKI Sistems Rus" published a part of data on results of activity for 2014.

According to the results of 2014 financial year turnover of Oki Europe Limited as a part of which the company "OKI of Sistems rus" works grew by 4%, operating profit grew by 31%. Positive growth was influenced by key changes in structure of the company and expansion of its portfolio, first of all. During the crisis period the Russian division of the company managed to save personnel and to provide positive dynamics in market segments, key for the company. The company did not report digits of financial expression.

By detailed consideration of the market of Russia, based on 2014, according to IDC, the OKI company managed to save and increase a share in a number of strategic segments: color print of A3 format.

Kirill Sudarikov, the sales director "OKI Sistems Rus", noted: "Now the market changes and gradually begins to follow the western business model, passing from monochrome printing to color, we have a high potential for a long time to be fixed in this segment".

In plans "OKI of Sistems rus" for 2015 strengthening of positions in the vertical markets - in a segment of professional printing where the company is one of leaders among suppliers of devices at the end of 2014. In 2015 OKI Data is going to close the deal with Seiko company (Seiko I Infotech Inc.) regarding purchase of technologies of the engineering systems of a wide format therefore the product will be put on the market. The Segment of corporate printing as Kirill Sudarikov noted, is interesting to OKI in Russia too - the company sees growth perspectives in office segment of color printers and the A4 MFP. The main markets to which the company pays attention this year, according to the strategic objectives and tasks — retail (as the consumer of printing solutions), construction, education and the diagram-arts (operational polygraphy).

In 2015 OKI in Russia will continue work on development of the affiliate program and expansion of presence in the vertical markets. "OKI Sistems Rus" selects vertically focused approach to partners and customers and considers the crisis period the best time for achievement bigger.

2017: Change of the CEO

On May 2, 2017 the OKI Europe company which is a part of the producer of the printing OKI Data equipment announced change of the CEO of the Russian representative office. Naoki Machida became him. Read more here.
