Ukrplastik carried out reorganization of corporate mail

On August 14, 2015 the Softline company announced transfer of mail of Ukrplastik company in "cloud" of Microsoft Office 365.

Project Tasks

For reducing costs for acquisition, installation and service of the IT equipment, increase in efficiency of corporate interaction and joint work in the company made the decision on upgrade of mail services, their placement in "cloud". According to the results of tender by the partner of the project selected Softline company.

Production "Ukrplastik", 2014

Based on preproject inspection of IT infrastructure specialists of the contractor offered Ukrplastik company transition to a cloud service of Microsoft Office 365. Being a part of the solution Office Professional Plus helps to optimize work of personnel with office applications and to reduce housekeeping overheads of IT.

Project Progress

Within the project the plan of deployment of Office 365 services, connections of the staff of the company to them and transfer of e-mail in Exchange Online is developed.

The project began with a migratory stage of a pilot employee group in cloud mail and testings of its functionality. Based on "pilot" the customer made the decision on further migration.

For decrease in total cost of ownership IT infrastructure of Softline suggested Ukrplastik company to sign the contract Enterprise Agreement with Microsoft. It allowed the customer to implement more effectively needs for informatization and to optimize IT expenses in process of change of priorities of business.

Project Results

Connected 250 employees to Office 365 service.
