On August 21, 2015 CORUS Consulting Group announced completion of works in the project of automation of relationship of NPO of NSD Ltd with clients, on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 platform.

On July 21, 2016 CORUS Consulting Group announced project completion of process automation of customer relationship management on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.

The integrator was faced by a task - to develop the tool which will improve quality of service of clients – legal entities will increase efficiency of processing of addresses, unifies process of service and decision making, will simplify work of specialists of NSD with information and documents of clients. As the platform vybrakb the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system.

Within the project specialists of Corus Consulting created the uniform centralized information warehouse about clients and contacts, configured the interface of a profile of the client – the client's card, the connected contact persons and the conducted activities. Automated the processes connected with planning and carrying out "committees" – meetings of representatives of the company with the client. Developed functionality of processing of the entering and outgoing calls together with automatic telephone exchange on the platform of telephony Asterisk, including ensuring access to a uniform profile of the client where data from other systems – KBD, by OmniTracker, the systems of billing, the system of the analytical reporting QlikView are loaded.

Feature of the project - integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM with systems which are already existing in the company via the corporate data bus Oracle Service Bus. The special adapters implementing integration are developed for these purposes within the project.
