Front Desk FXL is the automation system of processes of customer interaction by means of all points and sales channels of bank.

A system is created in a paradigm of "single window". The single window is focused, both on personification of work with the client, and on personification of attendant workstation of a system.

The technological solution assists in creation of competitive advantages throughout production to the scraper of the organization:

  • planning of products,
  • control of their sales
  • decision making on the basis of data retrieveds.

Use of Front Desk FXL technologies promotes profit increase of bank for the account:

Operating on a single platform of FXL in close integration with external systems (scoring systems, bureau of credit histories), all information on the borrower, his credit history, a current status of other products, its credit requests on parallel consideration, is available to decision making as automatic, and with participation of the expert - risk controller.
  • The designer of printed forms allows to design printed forms of client documents and the operational reporting. Use of the Oracle BI Publisher tools gives the chance of setup of report forms in the graphics editor on the basis of the data sets delivered with a system or created by the user.

Front Desk - System of product document flow

The system of product document flow (PDO) is a component of the solution Front Desk and is intended for automation of process of collection of information, giving and consideration of the document package provided by the potential client of bank on issuance of credit, opening of a deposit, the plastic card or acquisition of any other banking product.

A system allows to automate all basic processes of processing of requests and to perform control of their lifecycle. Architecturally the solution is constructed according to the three-unit scheme based on technologies of Oracle and focused on the organization of work of bank employees and agents as at offices of bank, and far off that allowed:

  • to refuse completely paper carriers in the course of collecting of documents and consideration of requests for banking products and also to considerably reduce time for an output of new products;
  • to control and manage completely process of a registration and consideration of requests;
  • execute express assessment of requests on the basis of scoring cards;
  • obtain information on efficiency of inspectors and divisions of bank in general, to use data of requests for the subsequent sales and development of new requests.

Business process of passing of the request can be configured both for one credit product, and for group of products. The quantity of products (groups of products) in the module is not limited, also as well as the number of participants of process of consideration of the request is not limited.

In the PDO system the concept of an integration bus by means of which interaction implementation as from the core banking system developed by FORS — Banking Systems Ltd, and third-party producers is possible is implemented. Using the integration interface accomplishment of such actions as is possible:

  • institution of clients in the core banking system;
  • starting loan agreement;
  • starting deposit agreement;
  • automatic filling of the documents entering the request on the basis of data from the core banking system

The mechanism of scoring assessment of borrowers on the basis of scoring cards is also implemented (offline Scoring of ScoringLab or by means of interaction interfaces with specialized scoring systems (online SAS).

For the purpose of collection of information for formation of the request the PDO system can flexibly be integrated with systems RBS and CRM any producers.

Thanks to three-unit architecture in PDO it is possible to work from any workstation having Internet access via any widespread browser.

PDO provides receipt of information from the following sources:

  • Through bank departments, call center, sales points (including with participation of bank brokers and agents), using the system interface of PDO.
  • Clients of bank — via ATMs, terminals, remote control by means of an integration bus of the Front Solutions system.
  • Through an integration bus of CRM systems.

2016

Administration of Front Desk FXL becomes more visual

Specialists of FlexSoft company completed at the beginning of 2016 the next stage of upgrade of the single frontal solution Front Desk FXL.

In this version of a system the visual editor of setup of scenarios of dialogs is finished. Scenarios of dialogs are widely applied in a system to process automation of communication with the acting and potential clients at their appeal to bank on any convenient communication channel or personally. Also scenarios of dialogs are used when holding marketing campaigns by bank.

After updating of the single frontal solution Front Desk FXL the new type of the designer – the designer of expressions will be available to business administrators to transition to the next stage of dialog and the visual editor for a possibility of fast setup of scenarios.

The specified innovations allow to reduce significantly time of creation and modification of scenarios of dialogs in the single frontal solution Front Desk FXL, and the designer of expressions allows to configure scenarios including visual means. These completions significantly simplify logical administration of a system and reduce dependence of bank on the developer.

2015

Development of functionality of Front Desk FXL

On August 27, 2015 the FlexSoft company announced a release of the Front Desk FXL system with expanded functionality.

Specialists of the company turned on in a product tool kit for creation of risk strategy of bank. By means of use of the BPM system which is built in Front Desk FXL the possibility of flexible configuration of process of adoption of the credit solution appeared.

At assessment of the borrower of Front Desk FXL can calculate scoring point, carry out segmentation, apply rules of cutting off, address external systems (BKI, "black" and "white" lists, others), to pass to the next stages of process by in advance configured rules depending on results of the previous stages. Transitions can be the automatic and requiring certain actions, for example, approvals of employees of the bank.

The screen forms and processes used in decision making system can be configured by means of the built-in designers and the BPM engine by analysts of bank without involvement of developers that gives to bank the maximum flexibility in creation of own strategy of assessment of the borrower. Changes in processes and forms are applied in real time with support of version control - requests according to which work is begun, continue to be processed on process to which they were started, and new requests are processed on new process.

The functionality of automation of work of the loan officer (underwriter) is finished. Became possible to organize remote "virtual" credit committee with different opportunities for vote on the credit solution:

  • binding unanimous decision,
  • right of a casting vote,
  • minimum necessary number of votes
  • other options, depending on tasks of bank.

Each participant of vote can (taking into account the powers and access rights appointed to it) to study the complete information according to the request, files attached to the request, to add comments for other participants. According to developers, these completions allow to automate as much as possible decision making process and help bank to accelerate an output to the market of new products, to reduce risks at issuance of credits and to increase customer service quality.

Classes of financial products in release of Front Desk FXL

On November 28, 2015 the FlexSoft company announced input in the Front Desk FXL system of a concept of classes of financial products.

Developers made significant changes to the directory of financial products of the solution FrontDesk FXL.

In the operating release of a system the concept of classes of financial products is entered and the possibility of inheritance of their properties is created. It helps to create derivative financial products, having taken all characteristics and properties of basic as a basis. By drawing up a tariff plan it is possible not to get again all financial parameters, and to inherit them from a class.

The bank independently defines the list of financial products, their attributive structure. Examples of classes:

  • credit cards,
  • cash loans,
  • mortgage,
  • car loan,
  • term deposits,
  • demand deposits, etc.

Classification of financial products and possibility of inheritance of attributes inherent in them, considerably reduces time of input of new products in a system, reduces error probability by drawing up a tariff plan.
