iCRM - mobile application for "1C:CRM". By software it is created on the mobile platform "1C" and it is used on devices with operating systems Android and iOS.
2018: April updating
On April 20, 2018 the 1C-Rarus company released upgraded version of the mobile application intended for sales managers and to marketing, the service employees working "in fields" or combining work at office and on departure and also for their heads.
The updated iCRM integrates all business processes connected with sales management and customer relations: from registration of a lead before receiving payment and fixing of the fact of shipment.
In addition to online access to the customer base and the list of relevant tasks, in the version there were notifications on approach of the beginning of a task or its delay, a possibility of creation of interests from the entering addresses directly in mobile application and also convenient tools for planning of further interactions.
Besides, the updated application of iCRM allows account executives to create commercial offers and accounts directly in mobile application and to send them to the client by e-mail. It is possible to keep track of efficiency of the work using a funnel of sales and other preconfigured reports now.
As before, it is possible to work with the iCRM application in online, and in offline mode, synchronizing data at connection to the Internet. At the same time it is possible to work with mobile application independently, creating base of clients directly from it (in a cloud) and connecting to it other users, or to connect iCRM to any solution of a line "1C: CRM 3.0". Thus, for the small companies the application can become full replacement to a standard CRM system, and for large business - will expand possibilities of the used solution based on "1C:CRM".[1]
We set before ourselves the purpose to develop a versatile tool which will help business of any scale: the application should integrate wide feature set, be integrated with the accounting systems and at the same time remain available and clear even to a startup. 2015: Release
On August 28, 2015 the 1C-Rarus company announced release of mobile application for "1C:CRM". iCRM will organize personal working CRM space which always near at hand for each user.
The iCRM application is intended to the sale and service employees managers working "in fields" or combining work at office and on departure. A system functions in online and offline modes, synchronizing data at connection to the Internet. The application supports work with the customer base, providing at any moment contact information, an opportunity to make calls, to send the SMS and letters. The customer base offers the general contact information, data of contacts with which contact and the client's "portrait" is kept. Using iCRM it is possible to find the client's address on the card, to lay a route.

In software there is a calendar for the planned meetings with contacts and clients, the list of affairs with the manager's tasks. The photos made in the course of the meeting with clients, audio-and videos it is possible to send to the central database. During the meeting the manager can send to the client by e-mail the relevant price list directly from the application. The employee can directly set from the application tasks to the colleagues or receive instructions from them.
Mobile application of iCRM is available to loading in shops Google Play and Apple Store. It can be used as independently, and for joint work with analytical CRM- systems on the platform "1C: Enterprise".
When using together with programs "1C:CRM PROF edition 2.0" and "1C:CRM CORP edition 2.0" mobile application is free.
